1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using LHS Legacy Hub (operated by LHS Legacy LLC, "the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@lhslegacy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. You will not: • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users, coaches, or staff. • Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful. • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Platform. • Share misinformation or use the Platform to spread harmful content. • Use AI-generated outputs to mislead people as though they were authored by a human professional. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
4. Prohibited Uses
The Platform is not to be used for: emergency or crisis response (use the Crisis Resources page); practicing medicine, therapy, or any licensed clinical service without credentials; commercial resale of AI-generated content without the appropriate license; or any activity that violates applicable law. Coaching sessions (AI or live) are educational and supportive in nature, not clinical treatment.
5. AI-Generated Content
Parts of the Platform — including journal prompts, blog drafts, recommendations, and coaching responses — are generated or assisted by AI models. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to act on any AI-generated content. Nothing AI-generated on the Platform should be treated as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
6. Non-Diagnostic, Non-Medical Disclaimer
The GDDI assessment, archetype maps, conditioning framework, portals, and coaching sessions are educational and reflective tools. They measure and surface patterns — they do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental-health, medical, or psychological condition. 7. Your Content & License
You retain ownership of journal entries, creative works, and other content you upload (together, "Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the Platform and deliver the features you use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
8. Our Content & Trademarks
Course materials, the GDDI framework, archetype stories, the prospectus, branding, and the Platform's design are owned by LHS Legacy Hub and our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or rebrand that content without written permission. Certificates issued to you are proof of completion and may be shared by you, but you may not reissue or sell them. To earn or hold an LHS Legacy or Powell-Rad Path certification you must complete the required coursework, pass assessments at the stated threshold, and — for trainer and master levels — deliver a successful teach-back signed off by a verified mentor; the Platform may revoke a certification for falsified completion, misuse, or conduct that undermines framework integrity.
9. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
No full refunds are given on digital items that have been used or accessed. Once you have accessed, viewed, downloaded, or engaged with any digital content — including courses, lessons, coaching sessions, NFTs, certifications, library materials, or AI-generated outputs — that item is considered "used" and is non-refundable in full. Partial or goodwill refunds for clearly unrendered services may be considered on a case-by-case basis by emailing support@lhslegacy.com.
Paid plans, courses, coaching, and enterprise licenses are billed through our payment processors (Stripe and Wix Payments). Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your Profile page or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refund requests for clearly unrendered services will be considered on a case-by-case basis by emailing support@lhslegacy.com. EU and UK consumers may have additional statutory withdrawal rights under local law.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third parties — Stripe, Wix, Resend, Google Workspace (Gmail + Calendar), and AI model providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party providers, but we share data only as needed to operate the features you use.
11. Disclaimers & No Warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output (AI or human) will be accurate or fit for your situation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither LHS Legacy Hub nor its affiliates are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, income, profits, or goodwill — arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination & Account Deletion
You may close your account and delete your data at any time from your Profile page or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to others, or no longer follow our acceptable-use rules. On termination, your personal data is removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Govering Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally — please contact support first. Any unresolved dispute will be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply, nothing in this section limits those statutory rights.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Platform grows. Material changes (new fees, material liability shifts, or material conduct rules) will be announced in-app and reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date confirms your acceptance.
